The family room was spacious and well equipped, making it ideal for our needs. The delicious dinner in the restaurant exceeded our expectations, with noteworthy attention to detail in the meal preparation. options for non-meat eaters were limited. while the staff were friendly and accommodating during our late arrival, the small bathroom amenities could have been improved to enhance the experience.

The room was really cozy with a nice little table and chairs, perfect for relaxing after a day out, and the breakfast was tasty too! I loved hanging out in the beautiful garden and the comfy lounge area. it was so nice to unwind. Just a heads up, the room might get a bit chilly in winter since it has a sash window, but we still enjoyed our stay! 😊

malton is such a beautiful setting and the hotel building is amazin, as are the views. the staff were really welcome and friendly. breakfast was delicious! ! we enjoyed the early check-in, and the family room was nice and spacious. we ordered take away and had a lovely time!
only downside was we couldn't have a drink in the bar since our little boy was tired. also, the room felt a bit quiet and empty.

Ask about the local dining options. some restaurants aren't open every day but have great food on specific nights.

missingWrote a review on Aug 29spacious roomgreat viewsclogged showerhead
The family room offered plenty of space for everyone, which made our stay more comfortable. Good views added to the charm, making it a pleasant environment to relax after a long day.
The lock on the room malfunctioned, forcing me to fix it myself to get out for breakfast. The rain effect showerhead was clogged, resulting in an unwelcome sprayer experience. Parking was a bit chaotic, with faded lines leading to questionable parking situations. Finally, breakfast service could definitely improve. having to ask for toast and ketchup felt a bit off, especially when they were in hard-to-reach drawers.

The room was spacious and clean, making for a great stay, though the furniture felt a bit cheap. The friendly staff and location close to the town center were highlights, but the dining experience was marred by an impatient waitress during breakfast. a mixed experience.
