The facilities were very good and the breakfast was lovely and delicious with sausage. The location was particularly good, close to restaurants and coffee shops, and the free parking was an excellent bonus. The staff members were all amicable and outstandingly accommodating.

The provided service was terrific. We truly enjoyed the convenience of the twin room available with a large bathroom and tea making facilities plus great shower.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

Its location is marvellous, near the Market Place, Castle Howard and restaurants and coffee shops. New-fashioned, huge room complete with the bedroom, a good selection of drinks, as for instance.

Accommodation was big and gorgeous with exceptionally pleasant and accommodating staff on check-out. Appreciated the room with a great variety, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was great - a few steps away from everywhere I wanted to go. This hotel was in a shopping area really close to three shops, the centre of Mallon, and Castle Howard.

The breakfast was delicious with sausage, and the downstairs bar was a plus. The hotel was in a marvellous position just next door to a market town, the restaurants, and Castle Howard.

The hotel was fantastic with a lot of well-appointed rooms. Central location was a plus. This property was located in a very very nice area. We ate at a good sized restaurant because of the bar and restaurant.

The bed in our room was not very comfortable.

The rooms were well-appointed and brand-new with required things, like central heating, a flat-screen television, and ironing facilities.
